Terms of Service

1. Services

Ren Nueva provides GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM management, automation setup, landing page development, and related digital services on a project or monthly retainer basis. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before any project begins.

2. Payment Terms

All services require payment in advance before work begins. Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. One-time project fees are due in full prior to commencement of work. All prices are listed in USD. Accepted payment methods include Wise, GCash, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.

3. Scope of Work

The scope of each project will be defined via written agreement (email, chat, or contract) prior to start. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment. I reserve the right to decline work that falls outside my area of expertise or conflicts with my values.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, content, and information required to complete the work. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials may affect delivery timelines, and I shall not be held liable for such delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns all deliverables created specifically for their project. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, platforms, or software (including GoHighLevel) remain subject to their own terms and licensing.

6. Confidentiality

I agree to keep all Client business information, data, and account access strictly confidential and will not share it with any third party without the Client's written consent.

7. Cancellation of Monthly Retainer

Either party may cancel a monthly retainer by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Work already performed within the current billing period will not be refunded. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided. My total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information I Collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, I collect your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide in your message. I do not collect any information passively through cookies or tracking scripts on this site.

2. How I Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry, communicate about potential or ongoing projects, send invoices and project updates, and improve my services. I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. GoHighLevel CRM

Contact information submitted through this website may be stored in GoHighLevel (GHL), a CRM platform I use to manage client communications. GoHighLevel's own privacy policy applies to data stored within their platform. I use GHL solely to organize and respond to client inquiries — not for marketing to third parties.

4. Client Account Access

As part of my services, I may be granted access to your GHL account, email platform, or other business tools. I treat all account access as strictly confidential and will not access, modify, or share anything outside the agreed scope of work.

5. Data Retention

I retain your contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship. After a project ends, I may retain your information for up to 12 months for administrative and legal purposes, after which it will be deleted upon request.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact me through the contact form on this website.

7. Security

I take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to external sites (such as Upwork or portfolio pages). I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their individual privacy policies.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All services provided by Ren Nueva are digital and service-based in nature. Once payment has been made and work has commenced — or access to your account has been granted — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all service types including but not limited to: one-time GHL builds, landing page development, automation setup, monthly retainers, and custom projects.

2. Why No Refunds

The work I deliver involves significant time, expertise, and intellectual effort. Unlike physical goods, digital services and custom-built systems cannot be "returned." Once built, the value has been delivered — even if you choose not to use the system. This policy protects both parties and ensures that my time and work are appropriately compensated.

3. Monthly Retainer Cancellation

Monthly retainer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by providing at least 7 days written notice before the next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive service until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within an active billing period.

4. Project Abandonment by Client

If a project is abandoned, paused, or cancelled by the Client after work has begun, no refund will be issued for work already completed or time already invested. If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to the Client's inaction (e.g., failure to provide required access, content, or feedback), the project may be considered complete and closed.

5. Disputes & Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, I encourage you to reach out directly so we can work toward a resolution. I am committed to delivering quality work and will make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. However, dissatisfaction alone does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been rendered is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, I reserve the right to cease all services immediately, revoke access to any work delivered, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.

7. Exceptions

The only circumstance under which a full refund may be considered is if I am unable to begin or deliver the agreed service due to my own circumstances, and no work whatsoever has been started. In such a case, a full refund of the payment will be issued promptly.
